Paul Gould

Paul is an enthusiastic and driven individual with extensive digital, operations, and financial industry experience. He possesses a solid track-record of consistently delivering quality results on time, and under pressure.
 
Paul started his career with CIBC 17 years ago, and has worked in a number of digital channel roles throughout his tenure with the organization. Much of his career has been spent in the operations space, and for the past 4 years he has led a large build team that is comprised of writers, user experience / design experts, and front-end developers.  His teams are accountable for delivering mobile, web, and ATM solutions across CIBC’s client-facing digital properties. He is a fierce consumer advocate, who insists on keeping the client at the core of the build process, as he firmly believes that is the only way to deliver leading digital experiences. Among the recognition Paul has received at CIBC is the CEO’s Award for outstanding contributions to the organization.
 
Paul received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto, and is a graduate of the Queen’s School of Business Executive Leadership Program.
