Throughout his 20-year career in financial services, Brian has garnered much success by leading a variety of business development, product and project management, business analysis and product operations functions.  Brian's career with Wells Fargo began in 2001 in the Investment Internet Services group and continued in Online Payments in 2005. Throughout his tenure, Brian and his teams have led large, multi-channel efforts including P2P payments, InterFI Transfers, Transfer Scheduling, Bill Pay scalability, and the launch of the online brokerage platform. Thomas P. McDermott is Senior Vice President and Retail Omni Channel Executive at SunTrust Bank.  In this role, Mr. McDermott is responsible for interpreting client insights and behaviors to provide a consistent client experience across branch, ATM and remote video technology.  He is also responsible for branch modernization initiatives including Teller Payments, Sales & Service platform and branch tablet strategy.  Partnering with Technology, Geographic Leadership and the Consumer Line of Business, he develops strategic plans that drive capital & technology investments to increase loyalty, reduce cost to serve and improve revenue opportunities. Mr. McDermott joined SunTrust in November 2009.  A 23-year veteran of the financial services industry; he previously spent ten years as Senior Vice President & Division Executive at Washington Mutual Bank.  His roles included key leadership positions in the Retail branch network, distribution optimization strategy and Finance. He has also held senior level roles at Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo.

Mr. McDermott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Richard Stockton State College of New Jersey and is a graduate of Emory University’s Advanced & Graduate Leadership Programs.

Kevin Foster-Keddie is the President and CEO of WSECU in Olympia, Washington and Chair of One Washington Financial, it’s wholly owned subsidiary. The Credit Union serves over 180,000 members through eighteen retail offices. Mr. Foster-Keddie has received numerous industry awards including a special recognition award for his work to promote Shared Branching, the California League Eternal Flame award for support of Korean and African American Credit Unions in Los Angeles, NAFCU’s Professional of the Year Award, and CUNA’s Bergengren Award for High Achievement for his efforts to secure passage of H.R. 1151, the Credit Union Membership Access Act. Mr. Foster-Keddie currently serves on the Credit Union Advisory Council to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Lindeen is a champion for improving the lending process and helping financial institutions compete more effectively. During his time at Zoot Enterprises, he has helped lenders develop and deploy complex solutions for credit origination. His 25-plus years of experience in marketing and technology enable him to bridge the gap between business strategy and IT practice. He is now responsible for Zoot’s marketing efforts and sharing Zoot’s industry expertise. Before joining the Zoot team, he managed the network and systems division at Montana State University-Bozeman. Lindeen also managed technology at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art for eight years.
