Frederick Paster

Rick is a Senior Vice President in Citi’s Global Consumer Marketing & Internet Office (GCMIO). For the past nine years, he has worked in the digital space at Citi and is currently on the Digital Product Management Team. His responsibilities include creating digital services that are shared across the consumer lines of business, and consolidating and unifying the bank’s consumer internet, mobile and tablet digital properties into a single experience. In his time at Citi, Rick has contributed to several digital efforts, including consolidation of the bank’s digital cards and retail bank properties, redesign of the Citi Cards marketing website and driving online credit cards acquisitions. Prior to joining Citi, Rick worked at American Express, focusing on eServicing and managing a high-value telesales vendor for the small business group, and began his career at IBM in public relations supporting their software group.
