Mr. Barlow joined Webster Bank in 2011 as Vice President of eBanking in the Internet Banking and Distribution group. In his role, he leads the development of customer-facing digital strategies, aligning each with line of business goals, and defining a multi-year roadmap for online/mobile development and innovation. Working with the eBanking, IT, Marketing and Product teams, Chris is responsible for defining digital functionality and user experiences for Webster's customer touchpoints. A Stanford University Alumnus, Mr. Barlow has over 20 years of experience in creating digital financial services experiences having developed leading solutions for USAA, Citibank, American Express, and Standard & Poor's.
